Fall Clusters
Our Enrichment Cluster program runs 7 weeks, 6 weeks of instruction and the final day (7) of our showcase, celebration, showcasing what was covered during the module. The showcase has two options, a performance or a display. The showcase is the last Friday meeting, scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30-11:00a.m. or so.
If you choose to make a display, the display will be put in the Multipurpose room, starting Thursday afternoon, the day before the showcase day. These displays are left in the Multipurpose room all day for parents and students to visit and see what other clusters have done. We ask that you take these displays at the end of the day.
If you choose to present, the presentations are on the last Cluster day. Presentations generally run 1 – 1.5 hours long depending on the number of presentations. It would be helpful if you were present to lead your presentation, but if circumstances do not allow for that, please let us know so we can make arrangements.
During your cluster meetings, students from the Party Planner Cluster will come to ask you what showcase option you would like.
Supplies:If your cluster needs supplies, you may choose to get supplies yourself and get reimbursed for the cost of supplies (up to $35.00), or you may list those supplies and have us get supplies for you.
There are usual supplies that we can order for you: scissors, glue, paper, construction paper, tissue paper, crayons, markers, pipe cleaners, glitter, rulers, hole punchers, metal rings, etc. Please let us know on your supplies list.
